Lisa Saeger started Salon Lisa Lisa in 1998. Her artistic flare and feminine touch can be seen all around the salon. Starting out in San Francisco as an assistant at 77 Maiden Lane Salon and then DiPietro Todd Salon, she brought her talents home to where she grew up in Los Altos. 

Lisa specializes in all hair color techniques including covering and blending grey hair, highlighting, chunking, balayage and ombre.  She's a master at haircutting and hair extensions, bringing you many years of knowledge, creativity and experience. 

​Lisa also upgraded her color expertise and now exclusively uses to the Eufora color line. 
​This expanded her creativity and her clients' results - and opened the door to fantastic collaboration with her industry peers.

Shelly Marasco has been a stylist in Los Altos for over 20 years. She has extensive experience with both cutting and coloring.
​Shelly's philosophy is that every client deserves an in-depth consultation, full attention and excellent results. Shelly has a high client retention rate which is a testimony to her commitment that her clients be completely satisfied with their results. She uses only award winning Redken color products to produce professional results every time. Shelly has a particular interest in women over 40 and all of the challenges that ensue, including changing hair texture, skin tone and grey coverage.

​Kristi Hensley has built an amazing reputation and loyal clientele in Los Altos since she began her career back in 1989 after graduating from San Jose City College Cosmteology School. Kristi first worked at Stephen's on the Plaza for 11 years before joining the team at Salon Lisa Lisa. She is also trained and certified as a Cosmetology Teacher.
Her specialties are masterful textured or structured haircuts and beautiful blowdrys.

Kristi is up to date on all the latest color techniques and is a wiz at color corrections.
​She also offers Keratin smoothing treatments with Global Keratin products.

Monica Forster began her career training under "The Master" - Yosh Toya (who'd been Vidal Sassoon's assistant) at *Yosh for Hair* in Palo Alto over 30 years ago  (when she was 9 - haha). Yosh taught her, "Designing hair is about feeling, rather than theorizing." 

​Yosh and his training was an outstanding foundation. Monica continued her advanced education with top hair Educators and Trendsetters. She has added these advanced techniques and practical applications (along with her own flair and creativity) into her work. 

She customizes cuts and colors for each client based on lifestyle, hair texture, face, head shape, (and feeling!) to create a fantastic look for them. 
Monica loves challenging herself, continually learning, the art of a fantastic consultation, and having clients "float" out of the salon because they're so excited about their hair!

Kari Della Chiesa has been making her clients look amazing for over a decade in our beautiful town of Los Altos.  She honed her talents with continuing education classes with Vidal Sasoon, Toni & Guy, and Unite.

Among Kari's many skills is her very current eye for color and design!
Kari is always creating the freshest looks for her clients.  

In her free time she enjoys volunteering in her kids classrooms and sitting ringside while her eldest son plays ice hockey and her daughter does gymnastics.

Elena Vasquez

Elena has been doing hair - right here in the heart of Downtown Los Altos - for 32 years!
She trained and worked at a haircolor studio, specializing in all aspects of haircolor.
Her extra classes and certifications include Toni and Guy Academy, Redken Academy, and Keratin Complex.

Elena enjoys doing it all: straightening, perms, haircolor, haircuts & blowdrys. 

When she isn’t in the salon she likes to spend time taking care of her family.
She thrives with a good run, long walks, hiking and yoga.
